Team Barbie Unveils Platform for PCL Laguna Election 2025


 The official candidates of Team Barbie for the upcoming 2025 Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Laguna Chapter elections have been formally introduced, with San Pablo City Councilor Barbie Diaz leading the slate as candidate for President.

Joining Diaz are Lyca Luna ,Atty. Mark Oliveros , Niño Marco Villanueva , Amby Magpily , and Raya Fe Arca . Also with Councilors Jemimah Tibay, Noel Cabela, Katelyn Ubatay, Toknie Larano, Mark Caballero, Alfredo Bicomong, Allan Sanchez, and Pam Franche.

Diaz laid out her vision for a “Reformed and Empowered PCL,” centered on integrity, unity, and genuine public service. “Vote based on conscience, not anything,” she urged, calling for clean and meaningful elections.

Among Team Barbie’s key platforms are the promotion of clean and principled elections, the establishment of an Exemplary Councilor Award for each district, and the implementation of continuous training and seminars to enhance the capacity of councilors. The team also plans to launch a PCL Help Desk, conduct regular assemblies, and ensure stronger representation and communication within the league.


Flagship programs include a Skills and Leadership Development Program, Councilors in Action for social services, livelihood initiatives, a Green Communities Initiative, and strategic partnerships with national and international organizations for funding and support.

Team Barbie underscored its campaign commitment: “Integrity over Influence, Service over Self-interest, and Unity over Division.” According to the group, their candidacy is not just about positions, but about leaving a legacy of reform, empowerment, and solidarity among the councilors of Laguna.
