The Kamanggagawa Partylist goes to Laguna, and share their advocate, seek to increase wages among workers and abolish the Provincial Wage Rate system and setting higher rate for workers across the country.
According to their platform, the current wage system in the provinces is unfair and causes lower income for those in the province compared to those in urban areas. 
In an interview with Elijiah San Fernando, who is a content creator and the vice president of National Federation of Labor, said that the party-list has two main platforms, he insisted that the lead in their call was the fair wage of at least Php 1,000 a day. Its time for the minimum wages to be egual Luzon Visayas and Mindanao and National Capital Region.
He insisted,that the current minimum wage is not enough to meet the real value of Filipino workers’ living. , They also stand for the advocacy of strict law against corruption, prohibition of political dynasties, and election spending regulation to ensure fair elections.
Moreover, the Kamanggawa Partylist wants to strengthen benefits for workers, including better health insurance and protection against abuse by some employers. They also aim to push regularization of contractual workers to ensure their work security. These measures will provide a better future for workers and their families.
Fernando also emphasized that he was not against goverment or in oppsition status, But He just want to get the priviledge of the Filipino workers and enjoy the opportunity and can to stand up on their own feet and uplift the life of their families.
Meanwhile, Their group continues to campaign in various parts of the country to spread their advocacy and encourage the public to vote for the Kamanggawa Partylist in the upcoming election 2025, Their hope to get enough support for the welfare of the country's worker nationwide.
Furthermore, San Fernando noted that the party-list is willing to work with anyone who will also push for the same advocacies. there might be an ally that will listen to their flatform and work with them.
