On October 22, the convention center was nearly filled to capacity for the TUPAD payout event , spearheaded by Congressman Loreto S. Amante. The event was graced by Mayor Vicente Amante and his wife, Gem Castillo Amante. and other guest like Charles Caratihan, Municipal Councilor of Calauan Laguna.
A total of 2,148 beneficiaries from Victoria, Rizal, and Liliw received over five thousand pesos each, thanks to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) program initiated by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. In addition to the payout for their 10-day community cleaning work, the beneficiaries were entertained by a musical performance from Mayora Gem Castillo Amante, who also sang duets with some of the attendees. Mayor Vicente Amante also joined in the singing.

He expressed his gratitude to President Marcos and House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez for their unwavering support in all his payout programs. The centenarian law he championed has also been passed in Congress and is now awaiting approval from the President.
